Second Stakeholder Information Session

A stakeholder information session is planned for Wednesday, October 28th, the second in our series of 2010 Winter Games Planning sessions for port users, customers and stakeholders.

A stakeholder information session is planned for Wednesday, October 28th, the second in our series of 2010 Winter Games Planning sessions for port users, customers and stakeholders.

The session will focus on port-related issues such as access and security controls, cargo restrictions and traffic planning. Panelists include representatives from Port Metro Vancouver, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Vancouver 2010 Integrated Security Unit, Translink, and the Western Marine Community Coalition.

A revised version of the 2010 Handbook for port users will be available at the session, to include new information on dangerous goods and traffic management planning.
