Education Outreach
The Port strives to build strong relationships with our communities through our Community Outreach Program. One of the major components is our Education Outreach Program, which aims to educate the general public and school groups about Port Metro Vancouver.
Located at the north end of Canada Place, our Discovery Centre welcomes residents, students and local businesses to learn about the Port by interacting with our touchscreen kiosks, viewing models, reading material and enjoying an interactive presentation in our theatre.
Groups are invited to the Discovery Centre for a free presentation about the history, business, environment or future of Port Metro Vancouver. We can also tailor our presentations to meet your group’s needs. Our presentations are geared towards a Grade 3 level up to business groups.
