First Nations Consultation
A separate, but parallel, consultation process with First Nations is being undertaken regarding projects as part of the Container Capacity Improvement Program.
Deltaport Terminal, Road and Rail Improvement Project
Port Metro Vancouver is speaking with the public as well as local governments, industry, community, business and agricultural stakeholders regarding the project.
Proposed Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project
Consultation began in June 2011 with Pre-Consultation, and is anticipated to include multiple rounds of community, stakeholder and public consultation, including Pre-Consultation, Project Definition, Pre-Design, Environmental Assessment public comment periods, Preliminary Design and Detailed Design Consultation.
Port Metro Vancouver undertook Project Definition Consultation regarding the proposed Roberts Bank Terminal 2 Project between October 22, 2012 and November 30, 2012. As part of this consultation, Port Metro Vancouver presented information regarding the conceptual project design, as well as sought input regarding elements of the project related to refining the design and developing environmental mitigation plans.
