Breakbulk Terminals
Port Metro Vancouver serves as the Pacific Northwest's major consolidation centre for breakbulk cargo such as forest products, steel and machinery. Breakbulk cargo represents approximately 14 per cent of the Port's annual throughput and is handled through two terminals.

Fraser Surrey Docks is a multi-purpose marine terminal located on the Fraser River. It handles containers, general cargo, logs, lumber, steel and wood pulp. Operator: Fraser Surrey Docks LP
Located on the north shore of Burrard Inlet, the Lynnterm facility is the consolidation centre for forest products, steel and breakbulk in the Pacific Northwest. It handles wood pulp and paper, lumber, panel products, logs, steel products, project cargo, and machinery. Operator: Western Stevedoring Company Ltd.
