Introduction

The VFPA requires the services of a qualified Air Quality Consultant to provide emission inventory services in support of updating existing inventories and further development of an estimate of port land-based emissions including cargo handling equipment, trucks, rail and administrative operations.

The Air Quality Consultant will be responsible for providing services detailed in Section 4 of this RFP, including:

A detailed inventory of emissions in 2010 associated with the VFPA
Quantification of emission reduction measures in place and in the future

Sealed tenders in separate envelopes marked “FSD Container Yard Pavement Rehabilitation Phase 6” will be received by the undersigned at the offices of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 23, 2010 and opened in the presence of Tenderers at that time.

The project site is the Fraser Surrey Docks (FSD), 11060 Elevator Road, Surrey, BC, V3V 2R7.
