Harbour Operations Manual
The Harbour Operations Manual document was created pursuant to Section 56 of the Canada Marine Act. It contains a set of localized practices and procedures designed to promote safe and efficient navigation within the waters of Port Metro Vancouver and support efforts to protect the marine environment. The practices and procedures contained in the Manual apply to all vessels in the Port, including small craft vessels, as well as other users of the Port, including tenants, and may be amended from time to time by the Authority upon thirty days notice.
